Sixteen students from grades 9-12 attended the Skills Ontario conference for Young Women in Toronto on May 8th.  Students were inspired by a mentor panel of females who explained their challenges and successes working in the areas of Plumbing, Construction, Manufacturing, and Hairstyling & Esthetics.  Keynote speaker and CEO Mandy Rennehan challenged students to re-think "the collar blue" when she explained how "one woman in the skilled trades is an army."  Mandy's success story showed our students that they can accomplish anything by being true to themselves and working hard.
